Before Joining Crossfit I was accident prone, I knew after my first workout it be a big part of my life as it would force me to work on my coordination and get stronger. In my first year of CrossFit, I lost 40 lbs and lifted weights I had no idea I was capable of.
When I was in late 20 minutes I caught myself eating out and drinking a lot, I Got to a point where was very unhappy with how I felt. I had a friend say he wanted to check out a CrossFit gym as could get us the results faster. I joined and never looked back
