CrossFit Level 1
I'm Coach Luke! I was first introduced to CrossFit in 2008 while I was in the Marine Corps, and I have found no other fitness regimen like it. The functionality of the movements that translates to every-day life, the scalability to everyone's relative intensity, and the supportive community are what set CrossFit apart. I've served in various leadership positions professionally, and I have a strong passion for mentoring and coaching others to reach new levels of growth in all aspects of their lives. I'm excited to come onto the coaching staff at AP Fit to help guide and push our athletes to see improvement in their overall fitness, and to enjoy doing it! Outside of the gym I'm a dad of three kids, and when I'm not chasing around my toddler or attending soccer games, I enjoy playing golf and hiking, listening to music or binging a good series, and I'm an avid foodie so most of my life revolves around meals. But enough about me. I'm so glad YOU are part of this tribe, and I'll see you in the gym. Let's get fit!
