How long have you been with AP FIT? 4 years
How did you get started at AP FIT? some friends of mine were getting fit as hell. So I decided to try it.
What motivates you to workout?
Working out is more of a mental health thing for me. it helps me destress and gives me time to focus on myself.
What is your favorite exercise ?
The bike and push presses.
What’s your least favorite exercise ?
What’s is your greatest achievement while being at AP FIT?
I would say staying active through two pregnancies
What would be some words of advice you would give someone who is thinking about trying AP FIT?
Everyone has to start somewhere and your biggest obstacle is yourself. AP is great because there are so many people with so many levels and everyone is very welcoming.
