How long have you been with AP FIT?
I started in November of 2017
How did you get started at AP FIT?
I’ve known Jason for a long time and my other gym closed, so I thought I would give it a try.
What motivates you to workout?
Being healthy for my family and having the ability to keep up with my 2 and 3 year old on a daily basis.
What is your favorite exercise ?
What’s your least favorite exercise ?
What’s is your greatest achievement while being at AP FIT?
When I started I was about 10 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and I was able to do modified workouts until I was 37 weeks. After taking about 12 weeks off, I came back and feel like I’ve only gotten stronger and more fit after my 2nd pregnancy.
What is your favorite thing about AP FIT?
2 things: The people!! I love how supportive all the members and coaches are. I also like how much variety is offered and each day is different so it never gets boring.
What would be some words of advice you would give someone who is thinking about trying
There is no better time than now…just sign up and do it! And consistency is key. You may not always see results right away, but if you stick with it and work hard, it will definitely pay off
